Return policy

All printed products are made to order, which means we begin production as soon as you place your order. We place great importance on quality and customer satisfaction. However, if you experience an issue with your product, the following policies apply. We only accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

We cover the costs for refunds or reprints if:

  • There is a manufacturing issue with your products.

  • Your order is damaged or broken during shipping.

  • You received the wrong product in your order.

If your product is defective or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We do not cover the costs for refunds or reprints if:

  • You don’t like the product, even though it was printed according to the standards of our manufacturer.

  • You selected the wrong size when ordering.

  • The order is still within the specified maximum production and delivery times.

  • The order is lost in transit and the original shipping address was incorrect or needs to be changed.

  • The tracking shows that the package has been delivered, but you did not receive it.

Refunds:

Refunds are only granted for defective or damaged items. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not cover customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer in their respective region.
